Car is required if you wish to explore much further a field. 2. There are several bars and restaurants within a 5-15 minute walk. 3. The road is mainly occupied by English people who live here all year round, several of which play golf including a pro two doors up! 4. It is quiet, you will generally not hear anything at night. Why you might like to stay here1. Off road parking 2. Two bathrooms, three bedrooms all with two single beds 3. Roof top solarium, 1st floor terrace and ground floor terrace 4. communal swimming pool 5. Friendly English neighbours 6. Local English agent (who will meet you at the property on arrival and departure) 7. Excellent location for golf, bowls etc 8. 5 minute drive into Torrevieja 9. Very secure, door and window grills, alarmed. 10. Double glazed with built in shutters and cavity wall insulation. 11.
